Last week Lyin’ Steve was arguing that Horse Hill Developments, the operator of the Gatwick Gusher was so profitable and pregnant with cash that it was able to repay a stack of borrowings to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). This week we see just what a joke that all is. Today we have news on the deal with Pennpetro (PPP) run by Dave Lenigas the founder of UK Oil & Gas.
I only ask because the insolvent Standard Listed dog PennPetro (PPP) run by Big Dave Lenigas had its shares suspended on August 1 as it could not get its accounts on time. Back then, Big Dave said this was a “short delay”. It is now September 8.

I suspect many say the same about me. I start with Wishbone Gold (WSBN) then address Lansdowne Oil & Gas (LOGP), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and more lack of Turkish Delight for big Dave Lenigas and the other promoters, Eurasia Mining (EUA) and Cellular Goods (CBX) where I am being spammed on Twitter by poltroonish supporters.

Okay, it is just a little joke of mine as the sun shines and I prepare for a weekend of training walks and gardening. Please do sponsor me HERE.
The strike off is not Big Dave himself but Lenigas Limited a company he set up and has not found a bandwagon to jump onto with a public listing

Are you are at a loose end tomorrow? Do you want to waste your time and then lose some of your hard earned. In which case Big Dave Lenigas has an offer for you.

Natch the announcement that the Richard Poulden/ Dave Lenigas sham that is Valereum Blockchain (VLRM) has signed up a new strategic advisor was signed off by corporate advisor Peterhouse but it is the directors who took responsibility and they should be ashamed. Here’s why.
I refer to Valereum Blockchain (VLRM) on the Aquis lobster pot and results for the six months to June 20 2022 published on deadline day, September 30th. I know that Big Dave insists that size is important but can these chancers be for real with what they have served up? Natch the company is loss making but somehow its asset based has ballooned. Great! Fabbo! What is not to like?

Let nobody suggest that David Lenigas is a shameless penny share huckster who makes Zak Mir look like a man of impeccable integrity. The great analyst (Lenigas not Mir) has highlighted a stock I own as one of his top 5 ramps, ooops I meant, conservatively analysed value investments, for 2022 but suggests you do your own research before filling your boots. Well since you mention it Dave, I might as well flag up the shite you are talking about one of the five.

In today’s bearcast I look at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX), Optibiotix (OPTI), Kefi (KEFI), Nightcap (NGHT), VAST Resources (VAST) and finally at my old pal Richard Poulden’s Valereum Blockchain (VLRM), the current love interest of Big Dave Lenigas.

Very wisely, big Dave Lenigas stepped down as chairman of the company he founded on 30 July leaving his buddy Andrew Monk in charge. That the company’s adviser and broker on London’s standard list is VSA Resources run by er…. Andrew Monk is obviously not a conflict of interest at all. Anyhow, it is all ending in tears as an RTO underway for two years has hit the buffers and the company appears to be insolvent, What’s not to like?

I think that I am still c£25,000 underwater on my Wishbone Gold (WSBN) shares so far be it from me to discourage shameless Aussie stock promoter Big Dave Lenigas from ramping the stock as shamelessly as possible. However…

When is an exploration company worth £1 billion? Very rarely. When does its market cap reach £1 billion with almost no, or no, institutional support? When you are in a bull market and the stock is being ramped by folks saying it could treble again. Ask yourself would you rather own 40% of Centamin (CEY) which has cash, is producing vast amounts of gold and whose directors are not big sellers of stock or 100% of an exploration play with heavy boardroom selling like Greatland (GGP). Exactly…my thoughts too which is why I own Centamin. But Big David Lenigas owns Greatland and so writes on facebook:

I revealed earlier this week, the plans of Big Dave Lenigas to launch a gold company for London investors, Lenigas PLC. Lucky us. But hang on, just last year Big Dave told us that pot was the place to be. Perhaps you have not kept up to date with recent events in Canada? Yesterday a small TSX-V listed cannabis investment company served up the notice below.
1375 days ago
I have more on last night’s breaking news HERE on Lenigas PLC and offer a challenge to Dave Lenigas. Is he man or mouse? Or just a chicken? C’mon Dave what have you to fear? Then I look at Eve Sleep (EVE) and wider issues on the stated cash position of PLCs, then at 2 gold miners both of whose shares are up today. One, Altus Strategies (ALS) still looks cheap, the other, Cobra (COBR), sends off the wrong signal with today’s news which I view as a spoof.
1375 days ago
If there is a stockmarket bandwagon underway, Dave Lenigas will be the first to get on board.

Hat tip to reader Steve for this remarkable tale involving a breach of the insider dealing laws and AIM listed Gunsynd (GUN) one of the kennel of dogs associated with Aussie share ramper Big Dave Lenigas. I have known Steve a long time and he is no fantasist. Enjoy.

It may have escaped your notice but Big Dave Lenigas is back and up to all his old tricks as the tweet below shows.

Even half way up a mountain in rural Greece, news reaches me that the spoof that is the Vox Markets NEX Lobster Pot IPO following the collapse of the merger with Align, looks to be devolving from the sublime into the ridiculous. NEX is a great place to list if you want to lie to investors but not if you are expecting any liquidity at all in your shares.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. This is a bleak day indeed for the Weald basin, Horse Hill, and all the fools who believed Lyin’ Steve Sanderson and shameless ramper Big Dave Lenigas. The dismal results first thing, from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) were enough to justify ouzo on my cornflakes at Sheriff of AIM towers but mid morning saw news from Angus Energy (ANGS) and its Brockham site which is disastrous for those who disseds me and believed Lyin’ Steve and Dave. It is the death knell of the shameless and morally repellent, Wield basin (bigger than Saudi Arabia) promote.

And he went out from thence, and came into his own country; and his disciples follow him. And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. And this brings us to Big David Lenigas

Where to start? This is laughable unless you are one of those suckered in to buying shares in Angus Energy (ANGS) by the diarrhoea of pre-placing ramp tweets from shameless Big Dave Lenigas. Then it is a bit of a tragedy. Today’s newsflow is hilarious.

Of course the stock is still hugely overvalued. But as they have plunged from 2p in just a few weeks, for some reason, Big Dave Lenigas has stopped pumping out twenty tweets a day about how cheap the shares are. Meanwhile the Bulletin Board Morons who lined up to abuse and smear myself and folks like Waseem Shakoor, who warned them, have been lining up to apologise. Not! And thus we have another pic of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson in action destroying shareholder value for you to consider ….

Yesterday I asked you for suitable captions for this picture of Big Dave Lenigas and Lyin' Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) standing next to a tanker at Horse Hill. There were several splendid suggestions as you can see HERE and Mr Contrarian certainly wins a commendation for his cracking caption. But the winner of the semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger before lunchtime, Thirsty Paul Scott is Jules2k6 with:

Having failed to ramp shares in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) on the back of its utterly misleading RNS yesterday, an episode discussed at length here, Big Dave Lenigas tried to deflect attention by launching an amazing rant at anti drilling protesters at Horse Hill. It started off as only semi-Musk but by the end, as you can see below, it was alarming.

This was recorded the night before the great Horse Hill to Woodlarks walk and is a great podcast covering Dave Lenigas, Paul Scott, a raft of jokes, short tips, long tips and so much more. If you have not yet donated to our walk, if you enjoyed this please get your wallet out and give some cash NOW HERE.

I am now fully recovered from yesterday's 27 mile training trek in the 30 degree heat - something I describe in full HERE. If you don't like me or the Israeli army or Versarien (VRS) and enjoy my suffering please donate to the Woodlarks charity walk on July 28 - we are now just £31 from 50% of our target fund raise. Be generous HERE. On the podcast today I look at Versarien, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) where Lucian Miers is taking one hell of a beating from big Dave Lenigas, MySquar (FRAUD) - 7 days to courtroom drama - 88 Energy (88E) - you were warned - Mosman (MSMN) and Frontera (FRR). I also look at new leverage limits on spread betting coming in on 29 July and what that means in nanny state Europe and the UK.

Tomorrow is my longest training walk yet for the Woodlarks 32 mile charity walk with Brokerman Dan. I plan to set off at 5 AM on a 26 mile trek. Think of my utter pain in this awful heat and please give £10 to a great cause HERE. I then look at the recent Radio 4 programme on shorting which was sprinkled with pompous and half-witted comments from ShareSoc. They are naive and have it all wrong and I explain why. Then I look at whether share dealing should be ethical - ref Dave Lenigas and his ramping of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) - should we all get on board? Finally I look at the IPO of Amigo which I find revolting at every level.

If you are having problems shorting the big 1 billion mega scam exposed last night HERE, bearcast has the answer. In other news I discuss Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP), Symphony Environmental (SYM), Weatherley (WTI), Mothercare (MTC), Amur (AMC), Conviviality (CVR) and Ncondezi (NCCL).

Big Dave Lenigas pulls the strings here but he was in the land of High Culture on business matters on April 21. So Rob Scott stood in and presented on behalf of Anglo African (AAAP) where I am, for reasons I cannot really remember, a long suffering, if small, shareholder. Over to a man called Scott who is not a drunk and who appeared on time to present coherently. Clearly he's not related to Paul.

We have had no news from the Inspirit (INSP) boiler room run by John Gunn and once graced by the great Dave Lenigas since its last placing completed in early September. By my maths the company is once again insolvent so how about another placing Mr Gunn? As a reminder of the maths...

It may be off your radar but Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP) is a standard list company originally floated by Andrew Monk of VSA Resources but where big Dave Lenigas took over as chairman last Autumn. I should declare that we are shareholders and for what it is worth I am relaxed about the progress Big Dave is making, something that is not evident in legacy interims out today. VSA Resources still acts as financial adviser and broker and Monk is on the board. But I suspect not for long.
2641 days ago
This used to be the old Andrew Monk vehicle but Big dave Lenigas is now in charge. I should say we have some shares in Anglo African (AAAP) and as such I am delighted to see Dave tell us that he will grow sales 4-5 times this year and that Anglo is already profitable and that he will grow the company ten times. Understatement is Dave's middle name! This interview with a less than probing himbo from Proactive is Dave at his best. Go AAAP!

And so the guy delivering a package for next door said "Hello Tom". He is a keen reader and owns shares in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), ScotGold (SGZ) and Xtract Resources (XTR). He must be a big fan of Big Dave Lenigas as well. It was a good chat. In this podcast I look at how quickly sentiment can change ref Nostra Terra (NTOG) and Optibiotix (OPTI). I cover Iofina (IOF) and Strat Aero (AERO) and reflect on how the curse of the Sheriff of AIM has fallen on Dolphin Capital (DCI). It took a while!

It was about a year ago that I had a spat with my good pal Big Dave Lenigas when he denied my assertion that LGO Energy (LGO) was about to place. Naturally it did. As I have indicated in recent weeks that another bailout blizzard of confetti was on the way there was not even an attempt to deny from camp LGO this time around. I have oft suggested that the next bailout would be at 0.1p. Just call me mystic fucking Meg please...

Oh dear Oh dear, things are looking ever bleaker for Neil Ritson and AIM dog with fleas LGO Energy (LGO). Interims out next month will be diabolical, the cash position by now is looking grimmer than a wet Thursday in Scunthorpe and ramptastic announcements are just not having any impact on the share price, surely it is time to bring back Big Dave Lenigas. Cometh the day and all that.

You cannot keep a good stock promoter down. And say what you want about him , and I do, David Lenigas is pretty good at promoting, usually worthless, shares and he is back. In case you had not noticed he has rejoined the board of two of his former charges in the past week. I have today spoken by email with the big man.

Big Dave Lenigas still will not answer TWO QUESTIONS. His PR man last night refused to condemn and almost condoned the barbaric behaviour of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) shareholders. And now the big fat Aussie stock ramper is playing the man (two men) not the ball again on Twitter:

The flotation of the latest vehicle of Big Dave Lenigas, Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) is on course says a source close to the company and its listing could be achieved as soon as October, and will certainly occur by late November.

I am off shortly to the London Stock Exchange AGM and events today show why AIM is such a joke of a casino. I refer to statements by Mosman, the er..lies of New World Oil & Gas and the total farce over Horse Hill. I give you full details of the next Dave Lenigas IPO and where to apply, not that I shall be doing so I stress. I cover the latest disaster to hit my good friend JimMellon, this time it is at Webis. and what the Benchmark and Hardide profits warnings tell us about wider equity valuations.

I refer to blinkx and the cracking Ben Edelman video HERE and discuss why companies that scam customers are bad investments. I then moved onto the market being in a good mood and discuss Greatland Gold, Mosman Oil & Gas, Environment Recycling and other shit. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas and why the mainstream press is after Big Dave Lenigas. Then onto a couple of dogs, lead by Shoe Zone and Prospex Oil. Prospex who you say? Dogs can change their name but not their fleas.

Yet again LGO Energy (LGO) is issuing shares like confetti. Yet again it is announced at no-one is watching O'Clock and enough is enough, I let rip at this company and only half jokingly call for Big Dave Lenigas to resume control.

There was a spate of announcements at No-one is watching O'Clock yesterday. But I was watching and so this podcast covers Worthington, Speymill, Sefton & Brokerman Dan and Afren. Moving on I look at legal and other silliness by companies including TXO and the Big Dave Lenigas vs Doc Holiday Stellar Resources affair.
